OUR 6 PHASE DESIGN PROCESS INCLUDES:
End-User Requirement analysis
Whether our client is a non-technical developer or a highly technical Electrical Engineer, interpreting our client’s requirement is the first foundation to a solid system design.
Functional design specification
A Functional design specification formalizes our client’s wishes and requirements into logical solutions presented in easy to understand language. Once this is signed off we proceed to our next step.
Technical design specification
This phase translates the Functional design specification into line diagrams and specification documents detailing all technical information such as signal flow, scaling, control elements, interfacing and Component Verification Documents.
Bill of Quantities
Again it is Vital that function follows form and a client signoff is required to ensure that an accurate Bill of quantities can be established. A Design Adjustment Phase may be included during this phase.
Ongoing Schematic Support may be required to assist the professional contracts teams in developing the project. Our team is able to produce:
- CAD layouts
- Revit Models
- Detailed Line Diagrams Conduit and Cable Schedules
- Tender document preparation
- Tender submission evaluation
- Project Engineering and Integration Management Operational Readiness and Testing
